# How to Translate a Document?


# How to Translate Your Documents 


1. **Go to the Document Translation Page**
Visit [Doclingo](https://doclingo.ai/), then click **“ Translation”** to enter the translation page. Before starting, select **“Free Translation”** at the top to enter the free document translation section.

2. **Upload Your File**
In the upload area, select your file in one of the supported formats such as **PDF**, **DOCX**, **XLSX**, or **PPT**.

3. **Choose Target Language**
Select your **target language** (e.g., English).
The system will automatically detect the original language, and even if your file contains multiple languages, it will accurately identify and translate them.

4. **Start Translation**
Click **“Start Trans”**, and the system will automatically process your document. Within a few seconds, your translated result will be ready.

**Download Translation Result:**
* Click the **“Download”** button at the bottom to save the file.
* Check **“Translation History”** to view or download your previously translated files.
* **PC users** can also find the file in their browser’s **Downloads** folder.
