# Troubleshooting and Solutions for the Unresponsive Upload Button

If you encounter issues where the **Start Translation** button does not respond or the **Upload Translation** button fails to work while using Doclingo, it may be related to browser settings, network conditions, or system compatibility. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:

### ✅ **1. Check Network Speed to Ensure the Page Fully Loads**

If your network speed is slow, the page may not load completely, leading to unresponsive clicks or the inability to use the **Start Translation** button properly.

**Solution:**

* Refresh the page (press **F5** or **Ctrl + R**) and wait for it to fully load before clicking **Start Translation**.
* Switch to a more stable network, such as fiber broadband or **4G/5G mobile data**.

Doclingo's upload function relies on JavaScript. If JavaScript is disabled in your browser, the upload button may not respond when clicked.

**How to Enable JavaScript (Using Chrome as an Example):**

1. Open **Google Chrome**, click the **three-dot menu (** **⋮ )** in the top-right corner, and select **Settings**.
2. In the left panel, go to **Privacy and Security > Site Settings**.
3. Scroll down to **JavaScript** and ensure it is set to **Allowed**.
