# 如何使用 AI 校对

如何在文档翻译完成后，使用 AI 校对功能进一步优化内容质量，使译文更加准确、专业、流畅。请注意，AI 校对功能仅在翻译完成后才能使用。若文档仍在翻译中，相关功能将不会显示。

操作步骤如下：

1. 当文档状态显示为“翻译成功”后，点击右上角进入「个人中心」。

2. 打开「翻译记录」，找到需要进行校对的文档。

3. 点击「查看」进入对比页面。

4. 在页面下方点击「编辑」。

5. 接着点击「AI 校对」。系统会弹出校对选项窗口。
您可以根据需求勾选语法纠错、拼写检测、标点检查、术语一致性、格式一致性等功能。
需要说明的是，选择的校对项目越多，校对会更加全面细致，但处理时间也会相应增加。

6. 确认选项后，点击「AI 校对」开始处理。

7. 提交后，可返回「个人中心 → 翻译记录」查看校对进度与状态。若校对成功，系统会显示绿色文字「已校对」。
