Doclingo Refund Policy

At Doclingo, we value user experience and are committed to providing efficient solutions. If you encounter any issues while using our services, please contact our customer support team first, and we will do our best to assist you. The refund policy applies only to cases where technical issues render services completely unavailable, and compensation is the preferred method for resolving such problems.

Refund Policy



Monthly Plan (including subscriptions)



If a technical issue renders document translation services completely unavailable, you may apply for a refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase.
Please specify the issue and provide relevant evidence when submitting your request.

Annual Plan (including subscriptions)



If a technical issue renders services completely unavailable, you may apply for a refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase.
Please specify the issue and provide relevant evidence when submitting your request.

Booster Packs Are Non-Refundable



All booster pack purchases are non-refundable. However, in the case of technical issues, our preferred method of compensation is to provide additional, free booster packs or human translations for your materials.

Refund Limitations



Limited to Technical Issues

Refunds are only applicable in cases where Doclingo's technical issues result in a complete failure of translation services or a complete inability to use them.
If the user has successfully used the translation service (including partial use), the refund request is not eligible.

Compensation as Preferred Solution

For cases where translation results are unsatisfactory, we will prioritize providing free re-translations or additional booster packs as compensation.
We reserve the right to determine the number of free re-translation attempts available and will strive to improve our services to meet your needs.

Service Still in Beta Testing

Doclingo is currently in the Beta testing stage and may have technical limitations. By purchasing our services, users acknowledge and accept this fact.

Refund Requests Beyond Time Limits

Refund requests submitted more than 48 hours after payment will not be accepted.


Special Circumstances


If translation services are rendered unavailable due to obvious errors on our part (e.g., system-wide failures), we will provide compensation or refunds at our discretion.
Our team reserves the right to determine the method of compensation based on specific circumstances to ensure fairness. *


Important Reminders

Once a refund request is approved, the customer support team will process it within 7-10 business days and notify you accordingly.
All refund requests must be submitted via email and include the following information:

Your account details (e.g., registered email address)

Reason for the refund request and a description of the specific issue.

Refund amount and related order details (e.g., payment records).

Any other relevant supporting materials (if applicable).

Send your request to support@doclingo.ai, and our team will review it and provide further assistance.

Policy Amendments



We reserve the right to revise, modify, or update the refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our official website.
