How to Cancel Your Doclingo Subscription?
The method to cancel your subscription depends on the platform you used for subscribing:
1. If You Subscribed via the Doclingo Website
- Log in to the Doclingo official website at https://www.doclingo.ai/.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner to access your Personal Center.
- On the Personal Information Panel in the top left, click the Unsubscription button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

2. If You Subscribed via Apple App Store
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top, then select Subscriptions.
- Find Doclingo in the subscription list and tap to view details.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm the action.

3. If You Subscribed via Google Play Store
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the op-right corner, then go to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Locate Doclingo and tap to view it.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm the action.

4. Contact Customer Support for Assistance
If you’re unable to cancel your subscription using the above methods, you can reach out to Doclingo support for help:
- Log in to the official website and click the Customer Support icon in the bottom-right corner to contact us.
- Alternatively, send an email to support@doclingo.ai with your account details and purchase information, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Important Notes:
- Please ensure you cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid being charged again.
- If you cancel during the subscription period, you will retain Premium access until the end of the current subscription term.
- If you have additional translation needs in the future, we recommend purchasing a booster package separately. Booster packages can be used independently, offer the same benefits as Premium membership, and do not auto-renew.
