How to Translate Documents for Free with Doclingo?

Doclingo offers free document translation with support for multiple file formats and languages. Please note that free translations are processed through a queue system, and waiting times may vary depending on demand. An exact completion time cannot be guaranteed. Follow the steps below to get started.

1. Open the Free Translation Page

Visit the Doclingo website based on your region:

International Users: https://doclingo.ai
China Mainland Users: We recommend visiting https://doclingo.vip for a better experience.

On the website, click “Translation” in the navigation menu, then select “Free Translation” to access the free document translation service.

2. Upload Your Document

Click the upload area to select your file.
Supported formats include PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPT, and more.

3. Select Your Target Language

Choose the language you want to translate your document into.
Doclingo automatically detects the original language, including documents containing multiple languages.

4. Start Translation

Click “Start Trans” to begin translating your document.

Free Translation Queue： Free translation uses a queue-based processing system. Your document will be placed in a queue and processed when resources become available. Waiting times may vary, and an exact completion time cannot be guaranteed.

5. Download Your Translated Document

Once the translation is complete, you can download your document from the result page or access it through Translation History.

6. Free Translation Limits

To ensure a stable translation experience for all users, Doclingo provides the following free usage limits:

Daily Translation Limit: Up to 100 translations per day.
China Mainland: 2 million free characters per month.
Other Countries & Regions: 5 million free characters per month.

The monthly character allowance depends on the service version you access.
Usage Reset:

Daily Limit: Resets at 00:00 the following day.
Monthly Characters: Reset at 00:00 on the first day of the next month.

Free usage limits are separate from paid character credits and do not affect your purchased benefits.
