Enterprise Version User Guide
This guide will help you complete the basic setup and use of the Enterprise Version, including account registration, company setup, member adding, document translation, and progress checking.
Step 1: Register a normal account
First, register a normal account on the official website. You must complete this step before using the Enterprise Version features. You can register on these websites:
Overseas site: doclingo.ai
China site: doclingo.cn
After entering the website, click the profile icon at the top right, then click “Create Account” to create your account.

Step 2: Enter the Enterprise Version page
After registration and login, click “Enterprise Version” next to the profile icon to enter the Enterprise Version page.

Step 3: Create a company name
After entering the Enterprise Version page, you need to create your company name first. This step must be completed before you can continue with other enterprise management actions.
Path: Profile icon > Enterprise Management > Create Enterprice
Please note that the company name cannot be changed after creation, so please fill it in carefully.

Step 4: Add members
After creating the company name, you can add members in Enterprise Management so your team can use the Enterprise Version together.
Please enter the correct member information.
Make sure all members have already registered a normal account.
Also, make sure the account name is entered with the correct uppercase and lowercase letters.

Step 5: Submit documents for translation
After adding members, you can submit documents for translation from the homepage.
Path: Profile icon > Home > Upload translation document

Step 6: Check translation progress
After submitting the document, you can check the translation status and progress in Translation Records.
Path: Profile icon > Translation Records

After completing all the steps above, you can start using the Enterprise Version for document translation and management. If you have any problems during the process, please contact customer support for help.
