What to Do If You Did Not Receive the Email Verification Code
1. Quick Login Option for Gmail Users
- If you are using a Gmail account, we recommend clicking the Google icon at the bottom of the registration page and using the quick login feature. This allows you to log in without a verification code.
2. Confirm that You Entered the Correct Email Address
- Ensure that the email address you entered during registration or login is correct.
- If the email address is wrong, please re-enter the correct email address and try again.
3. Check Your Spam Folder - The verification email might have been mistakenly categorized as spam. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder in your email.
4. Switch to a Different Email Provider - Some email providers may block verification emails. If you have tried multiple times but still have not received the email, we recommend using a mainstream email provider like Gmail or Outlook to register or log in.
5. Be Patient with Delays - Verification emails may be delayed. Please wait 3-5 minutes before checking your inbox again.
6. Ensure that the Email Is Not Blocked - Check your email settings to make sure that Doclingo’s sender address (notice@mail.doclingo.ai) is not being blocked or filtered by your email provider.

7. Contact Customer Support - If you have tried all the methods above and still have not received the verification code, click the customer support icon in the bottom right corner of our website to contact our online support team. We will offer further assistance.
