How to Chat with Your Document Using AI
Once your document translation is completed, you can start an AI conversation to analyse, summarise, or generate new content based on your file.
Step 1: Go to Translation Records
After logging into your account, click the following:
Top Right Corner → Personal Center → Usage Records

Step 2: Select the Document
In the translation record list, find the document you want to chat with and click “Compare Documents”.

Step 3: Open the AI Chat Panel
After entering the document page, the “AI Chat” panel will automatically appear on the right-hand side.

Step 4: Start the Conversation
You can interact with AI in two ways:
- Type your question directly in the input box
- Click the blue shortcut questions for quick prompts

For example, you can ask:
• Summarize this document
• Extract key points
• Rewrite in a more professional tone
• Generate a report structure
• Improve the wording
• Create a concise version
Generate a Mind Map
AI can automatically generate a structured mind map based on your document content, helping you quickly understand the logic and hierarchy, especially for long or complex documents.

Switch Between Different AI Engines
You can freely switch between different AI engines depending on your document type and needs, ensuring more suitable and accurate responses.

Export in Multiple Formats
The AI-generated results can be downloaded in different formats:

• TXT
• DOCX
• MD
