How to Translate a Document?
Visit the Doclingo official website on [ doclingo.ai] and upload the file you need to translate. Doclingo supports various common document formats, including PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and PPT. Once uploaded, the system will automatically detect the source language, accurately identifying even if multiple languages are present in the document. Next, select the target language (e.g., Simplified Chinese).
For general PDF documents, the system defaults to translating only the text content and does not include text within images. If you want the text in images to be translated, you can select the “Translate Images” option, which is currently available only to Premium users. Non-Premium users will only have the text content translated, without processing text in images.
Then, click the “Start Translation” button, and the system will automatically process and generate the translation result. After a few seconds, you will see the completed translation page, where you can click the download button in the top right corner or go to the“Usage Records” page to find and download your translation history. PC users can also find downloaded files in the browser’s “Downloads” menu.
If you require higher translation quality, consider upgrading to a Premium. Premium users can choose between two top AI engines, ChatGPT and Google Gemini, support translations of scanned documents and text in images, and enjoy unlimited translations.
