How to Use AI Proofreading
This guide explains how to use the AI Proofreading feature after your document translation is completed, helping you improve accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.
Please note that AI Proofreading is only available once the translation status shows as completed. The option will not appear while the document is still processing.
Steps:
- When the document status shows “Completed,” click the top-right corner and go to “Personal Center.”

- Open “Usage Records” and choose the document you would like to proofread.

- Click “Compare Documents” to enter the comparison page.

- At the bottom of the page, click “Edit.”

- Then click “AI Proofread.”

- A proofreading options window will appear.
You can select options such as grammar correction, spelling check, punctuation review, terminology consistency, formatting consistency, and more.
Selecting more options will provide a more detailed review, but it will also require more processing time.

- After confirming your selections, click “AI Proofread” to begin.

- After submission, you can return to “Personal Center → Translation Records” to check the progress and status. If the proofreading is successful, a green label “Proofread” will appear.
