If you encounter issues where the Start Translation button does not respond or the Upload Translation button fails to work while using Doclingo, it may be related to browser settings, network conditions, or system compatibility. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:
If your network speed is slow, the page may not load completely, leading to unresponsive clicks or the inability to use the Start Translation button properly.
Solution:
Refresh the page (press F5 or Ctrl + R) and wait for it to fully load before clicking Start Translation.
Switch to a more stable network, such as fiber broadband or 4G/5G mobile data.

Doclingo's upload function relies on JavaScript. If JavaScript is disabled in your browser, the upload button may not respond when clicked.

Open Google Chrome, click the three-dot menu ( â‹® ) in the top-right corner, and select Settings.
In the left panel, go to Privacy and Security > Site Settings.
