Will My Document Be Stored After Translation?

Doclingo securely stores translated documents to allow users to access their translation history and download files when needed.

1. Document Storage Period

The storage period depends on your account type:

• Guest Users: Documents are not stored.
• Registered Users (Free): Documents are stored for 7 days.
• Premium Members: Documents are stored for 30 days.
• Enterprise Users: Documents are stored for 90 days.

Documents will be automatically deleted once the applicable storage period expires.

2. How to Delete Your Documents

You can manually delete your documents at any time.

1. Go to Personal Center.
2. Open Upload Records or Usage Records.
3. Find the document you want to remove and select “Delete”.

3. Important Notes

• Data Security: Documents are stored securely using encryption.
• Automatic Deletion: Files are automatically removed after the applicable retention period.
• Download Before Expiration: Please download and save your documents before they are deleted.
